I Understand and Agree by submitting a credit card authorization form I am authorizing CDLData.com to charge my credit card the amount indicated in the Special Instructions and/or Amount not to exceed section. This is a binding purchase contract.
I Understand and Agree with CDLData.com Cancellation Policy, a two (2) step process. Notice of Cancellation must be in writing, and CDLData.com will terminate billing 30 days of dated cancellation form received.
