Agree To Data Purchase - Section 1 *

I Understand and Agree to ALL the Terms and Service/ Refund Policy of CDLData.com.
I Understand and Agree by submitting a credit card authorization form I am authorizing CDLData.com to charge my credit card the amount indicated in the Special Instructions and/or Amount not to exceed section. This is a binding purchase contract.
I Understand and Agree with CDLData.com Cancellation Policy, a two (2) step process. CDLData.com will terminate billing 30 days of dated cancellation form received.
I Understand and Agree all data products are digitally delivered and it is purchaser’s responsibility to logon to their online folder to get my data.
I Understand and Agree that if there are not enough records I will be issued a credit to my account and no refunds are given.
I Understand and Agree that if there are any bad records, the purchaser will forward bad records to the company for review and to replace bad records if necessary.
I Understand and Agree that all Phone numbers have been scrubbbed by the DoNotCall List. However, CDLData.com cannot guarantee phone numbers. We stand behind our data fully, and will research and/or replace any records that are incorrect in any area other than phone numbers.
I Understand and Agree the data purchased is sold 'as is' without warranties or guarantees and DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
I Hereby Agree that I am buying data only for my own internal use and not for resale, relicense or redistribute the services in whole or in part without the prior written consent of CDLData.com.
I Understand and Agree that prices are subject to change without notice.
I Understand and Agree that all monthly subscriptions require First and Last up front, with 30 day notice of cancellation.
I Understand and Agree that all monthly subscription charges incurred during the course of a given month will be automatically adjusted to the first day of the following billing month for each subsequent billing cycle. Any prorate for the remainder of the month will be added to the First and Last required Startup Fee at time of purchase. [i.e. if subscription is $100/mo and is purchased in the middle of the month - example the total Startup Fee on January 15 will be $100 + $100 + $50. The next renewal billing of $100 will processed on March 1.]

Agree To Data Purchase - Section 2

PREMIUM PACKAGE: I Understand and Agree and authorize CDLData.com to charge my credit card first & last payment for the Premium Package $198.00. I authorize CDLData.com to charge $99 to my credit card on file each month and continue on a month-to-month basis, during which either party may terminate the agreement on Thirty (30) Day prior written notification by filling out our cancellation form on the website and call 866-377-4599 to confirm receipt of cancellation. All bills that fall within the 30 days are valid. All monthly accounts billed to credit card on file.
STANDARD PACKAGE: I Understand and Agree and authorize CDLData.com to charge my credit card 1st & last payment for the Starter Package $201.00. I authorize CDLData.com to charge $99.00 to my credit card on file each month and continue on a month‐to‐month basis, during which either party may terminate the agreement on Thirty (30) Day prior written notification by filling out our cancellation form on the website and call 866‐377‐4599 to confirm receipt of cancellation. All bills that fall within the 30 days are valid. All monthly accounts billed to credit card on file.
HIDDEN TREASURES ENTRY LEVEL WITH STARTER PACKAGE: I Understand and Agree and authorize CDLData.com to charge my credit card 1st & last payment for $406.00. I authorize CDLData.com to charge $203.00 to my credit card on file each month and continue on a month‐to‐month basis, during which either party may terminate the agreement on Thirty (30) Day prior written notification by filling out our cancellation form on the website and call 866‐377‐4599 to confirm receipt of cancellation. All bills that fall within the 30 days are valid. All monthly accounts billed to credit card on file.
HIDDEN TREASURES MID-LEVEL WITH PREMIUM PACKAGE: I Understand and Agree and authorize CDLData.com to charge my credit card 1st & last payment for $806.00. I authorize CDLData.com to charge $403.00 to my credit card on file each month and continue on a month‐to‐month basis, during which either party may terminate the agreement on Thirty (30) Day prior written notification by filling out our cancellation form on the website and call 866‐377‐4599 to confirm receipt of cancellation. All bills that fall within the 30 days are valid. All monthly accounts billed to credit card on file.
HIDDEN TREASURES ENTERPRISE WITH PREMIUM PACKAGE: I Understand and Agree and authorize CDLData.com to charge my credit card 1st & last payment for $1506.00. I authorize CDLData.com to charge $753.00 to my credit card on file each month and continue on a month‐to‐month basis, during which either party may terminate the agreement on Thirty (30) Day prior written notification by filling out our cancellation form on the website and call 866‐377‐4599 to confirm receipt of cancellation. All bills that fall within the 30 days are valid. All monthly accounts billed to credit card on file.
PROMO PACKAGE: I Understand and Agree and authorize CDLData.com to charge my credit card first & last payment for the PROMO Package $59.90. I authorize CDLData.com to charge $29.95 to my credit card on file each month and continue on a month-to-month basis, during which either party may terminate the agreement on Thirty (30) Day prior written notification by filling out our cancellation form on the website and call 866-377-4599 to confirm receipt of cancellation. All bills that fall within the 30 days are valid. All monthly accounts billed to credit card on file.

Agree To Data Purchase - Section 3 *

I Understand and Agree and authorize CDLData.com to charge my credit card $103 for 10k tokens (for Data Append Services only).
I Understand and Agree by submitting a credit card authorization form I am authorizing CDLData.com to charge my credit card the amount indicated in the Special Instructions and/or Amount not to exceed section. This is a binding purchase contract.
I Understand and Agree the E-Marketing service purchased is sold 'as is' without warranties or guarantees.
I Understand and Agree ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
I Understand and Agree for emailing to Non-Opt-In (people not expecting your email) that this type of email marketing is limited to 500 messages per day (unless otherwise agreed upon with special arrangements in writing).
I Understand and Agree that this email marketing program is designed for use with contacts who are NOT opted in to my email messages. A contact is only considered opted in to my email marketing if I have the email confirmation of their opt-in, the date and time when the contact opted in, and the IP address the opt-in originated from. Using our agent list(s) who are not opted-in to you, Marketing Live/CDLData.com cannot guarantee any results from the use of this program.
